When you find yourself feeling uncomfortable in your own skin or just out of sorts, try this practice to bring you back to YOU.
- Choose to PAUSE.
- BE in the present moment noticing your surroundings. Notice what is unfolding right there in the present moment.
- CONNECT with your physical body. Notice your breath feeling the physical sensations of simply breathing. Use your senses to CONNECT with the world around you noticing colors, smells, sounds and more. In this subtle way, you realize we are one.
