- 10 oz high quality coconut water (Add less coconut water if you desire your smoothie thicker or more coconut water if you desire it super thick.)
- 3/4 cup high quality coconut meat
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 dates
- 3 big scoops of collagen powder
- dash of high quality sea salt
Instructions: Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy your smoothie on the go in a mason jar.
- Pour your thick creamy smoothie into a bowl and add the toppings you desire. In this video I added strawberries, goji berries, bananas, The Coconut Cult Yoghurt and Sun Potion Chlorella.
