I believe that we all need a team to help us on our healing & well-being journey.
That does not mean it is someone else’s responsibility to take care of you.
You are still the number one person responsible for YOU.
What I have learned in my life so far is that the most important thing I can do is to stay in tune with my Inner Guidance System. The Inner Guidance System is the part of you that is always guiding you. It is your intuition. It is the sensations in your body guiding you towards the yesses and away from the nos.
It is your job on a moment to moment basis to follow what your mind body emotion soul system is guiding you to do.
You are responsible for choosing to be aware.
You are responsible for being real with your intentions behind your actions.
You are responsible for choosing to align your daily rituals with your true self intentions.
You are responsible for doing the work daily to know your true self.
and so much more!
You are also responsible for creating your dream team healing team.
Your team will change over time dependent upon your needs.
When I was in the depths of my healing journey my team was bigger and consisted of a psychotherapist, musculoskeletal regeneration doctor, pelvic pain coach, naturopath, energy coach and pelvic floor physical therapist.
Right now my team consists of my naturopath and chiropractor.
Allow your team to change and evolve and don’t be afraid to let people go and experiment with new people.
Yes, you need to experiment to know if they are good for you. Allow your intuitive senses to tell you who is right for you.
Ask your team for other healthcare practitioner referrals.
But still go with your Inner Guidance System to know if they are good for you or not.
