Your body will always guide you in the correct direction.
A fantastic Workplace Wellness initiative I have implemented is the Group Reset! There are different levels and ways to eat well, move well and live well and each person is encourage to connect with themselves for guidance to what they need during that Group Reset.
We focus on The Basics.
The Basics include:
- getting high quality optimal sleep.
- drinking 2-3 Liters of clean water a day.
- eating clean simple real organic food.
- calming the nervous system with mindfulness techniques.
- de-cluttering life.
- spending more time in nature.
- getting more movement daily.
- setting aside time daily for reflection and rest.
I recommend participants focus on just one to three specific intentions during each Group Reset.
I guide them to get very clear and specific when creating the daily actions they will take to be successful with each intention.
We use writing, visioning and meditating as tools to begin to retrain the brain. Everything we do is evidence-based. Participants share their successes and struggles and support each other every step of the way.
The results include but are not limited to:
- cultivating more authentic relationships and communication in the workplace
- improvements in health and therefore, increased energy, focus, clarity and productivity.
- increased overall positivity in the workplace.
- more innovative ideas and solutions.
